The highest rank one can aspire to in the US Military is the rank of five star general/admiral. There have only been a handful of highly distinguished military leaders to achieve this rank. Every member of the BancVue team is regarded as a 5-Star leader, expected to produce results commensurate with this esteemed ranking. As such, all employees must challenge themselves to find any means necessary, within the boundaries of The Patch and good ethics, to accomplish their goals.
VALUESIN PATCH FORM
In the Battle of Thermopylae of 480 BC, 300 Spartan soldiers, led by the mighty King Leonidas, imposed heavy casualties on a Persian army over 300,000 strong. Vastly outnumbered, the Greeks held back the enemy, effectively preventing the demise of Western Civilization.
Inspired by the mighty Spartan Army, BancVue joins forces with you to battle the megabanks. We have proudly built our culture on a strong value system known as The Patch. Ever faithful to The Patch, the BancVue team marches in defiance of the megabanking establishment, empowering its clients to reclaim market share from these industry giants.
5-Star Leadership
Love
There are three components to the value of Love: (1) Love for the Company, (2) Love for your coworkers and (3) Love for our clients. The value of Love is not a value of softness. It is not aimed at overlooking our flaws. It is a value that gives us the strength to confront any situation with compassion and kindness.
Badassitude
In some of the best companies in the world it would be called excellence. But here, we are building a world-class company that is changing the world of banking forever. Anything worthy of our effort is worthy of our best effort. If we can't build the most kick ass, category-dominating version of any product, we will not attempt to deliver that product.
Interdependence
The Spartans fought in the Phalanx formation, the strength of which relied on the cohesiveness of the team moving forward together. Rows of Spartans lined up in front, slightly overlapping each shield to protect the soldier on their left. The warriors in the rear bolstered the front by pushing shields into their comrades' backs. They fought as one unit completely willing to give everything for their cause. This Spartan-level of cohesiveness is what we strive for at BancVue.

Members of our Phalanx create t-shirt designs inspired by the values of the Patch--each with its own unique interpretation.
